My Weekly 12/19

Where I Been:

During the weekend my parents reached a milestone, their 50th wedding anniversary. That’s amazing to me, especially in this climate where divorce is one argument away.  Somehow, someway, they designed a formula that worked for them, and 50 years later they are still together. My way to congratulate their successful marriage was to book a room for them at the Georgian Terrace in Downtown Atlanta.  Once they got there I had my videographer friend, Naqaun, help me conduct a short interview of their love story.  We’re all eager to see the final product. Afterwards, we went to Negril Village for Dinner to celebrate and I left them to enjoy the rest of the night together.

Person to Follow:

Tim Ferriss

Tim the author of the popular book “The Four Hour Work Week,” is definitely a person to follow. He shows how to make the best of your time and gives shortcuts to the things you wouldn’t think was possible.  I mean look at the titles that followed his first book “The 4 hour Body” and “The 4 Hour Chef.” He just recently released a new book that I have to add to my collection of Life Hacks called “Tools of Titans.” This book is based on the best practices of the people he has interviewed on his podcast. Tim has easily put himself in the position as a influencer. My weekly post is actually inspired by his weekly email blast. Tim, if you ever read this you are greatly appreciated.

Wish List:

Human Sound

I haven’t been impressed by any Bluetooth headphones till I saw these. Something about the design of it caught my attention. It seems like a product that was made by apple, the way it just makes perfect sense with their minimalist design. I have no clue how it sounds but im intrigued to find out.
